These Terms govern your use of LendSync provided by Novara Tech.
Use of Service
You agree to use LendSync lawfully and to keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for data entered into your workspace.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription processing may be handled through approved payment providers.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates when required.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novara Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
